Summary of Experience:

No previous experience is required but any experience as a barista or with milkshakes, smoothies, and boba teas will be a benefit!

Basic Qualifications:

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation, and be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including milkshakes, bubble teas, smoothies, slushies, cold brew coffee, and espresso while adhering to standard recipes or customizing according to customer preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times by engaging with and understanding our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including workstations and customer seating areas, kitchen, restrooms, and front of shop.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships with teammates and quickly connect with customers by always being friendly and maintaining a positive attitude.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
